Built with a red brick design and a cone-shaped alang alang roof, it makes the front office look more unique. 
There are several rooms in the front office including a 24-hour reception station, which is a lobby for guests to check-in and check-out. 
It is also a place to buy tickets to visit the swimming pool. You will find several Poso cultural interiors such as gongs, peda and karanji (baskets).
